My New Favorite Thing!!

" One man's trash is another man's treasure!" Truer words have never been spoken, specifically in this case!! What you see here is a picture of our latest hero! This is what HC uses to chew on instead of her nails. Why didn't I think of this sooner???? This idea did cross my mind last year but I felt she was too young to carry a straw around. Now she knows to put it down when she wants to play - but when she feels the need to bite her nails she bites away on this straw! I am amazed at the progress I already see on her fingers. I hope this works long term in breaking her habit! I know it will take time, but so far she is content and so am I! Hip Hip HOORAY for straws!!!
