First Time Obedience

What a theory! I would love to see this happen with my children while I can still remember what MY name is!! I guess that is a process, but I am ready to see that manifest in my home today. Maybe it will come in time, they are only 3.5 and 2. It is tiring to say the same thing over and over and over again to only find that once one stops, the other one thinks - "Hey that was a great idea! Maybe I should try it!". Does it ever happen? Will they get it?? I feel like my most used word is "NO". I want to find a way to say yes more but when, when will I say yes?? My kids are a delight and the most awesome and truest gift from God ever!! I just didn't receive the owners manual, and some days I need to know where to find the mute or pause button. Just for a minute! :o)

Ohhhhh, I can relate!! The discipline does wear me out. The no's, the please don't do thats, the do you want to go to timeout.

Hey, go to other people's blog and make a comment and they will start clicking on your name and it will lead to your blog which will bring you traffic in which you can make some blog friends! Wait, do we have time for this?? Ha ha!!

I can totally understand what you are saying. Just remember that you are in "the discipline years" and those heartfelt conversations, etc. that we all want with our children are bound to come...we just have to persevere and stay consistent. That, and a lot of chocolate!

I'm glad you clarified that that was dirt. I was beginning to wonder if that was how you told him no. LOL! Them are some good looking kids. Good thing they take after their daddy and uncle. HAHAHA!
