My heart is saddened by the new developments of this Cho fellow. I know this tragedy occurred 2 days ago but I have not been able to wrap my brain around this sad event. I began my blogging adventure the day this began. I have enjoyed this outlet but today I am saddened. Seeing the video clips of his rage and the photos with him holding the guns. Hearing the trail of efforts to help this guy in pain, to no avail. I feel a heavy heart today! My prayers are with the families who lost loved ones as well as the family of this burdened killer. To those students, hearing their survival stories, the heros who made it and the ones who did not. This generation has grown up with a fear I never knew.

I encountered a violent and hurting classmate when I was in the 8th grade. He didn't hurt me but he definitely got a thrill out of saying horrible things he wanted do to me and others - violent things. I sat behind him in a class and remember that was a year of fear for me that ended after the school year was over.

This generation doesn't know who will flip out next. I pray God will move in this generation and bring a supernatural healing to those hiding their pain behind silence or violent outbursts. And that He would turn this hidden pain into an army of men and women of God who are supernatural emotional healers. God hear our prayers and heal our land! Lord, save and heal the hidden wounded walking among us!!
