OH me.. OH me.. this shot has me giggleing.. At 1st I was going to say what a wonderful shot of the kids on the beach, then I saw the sand in her face.. LOL Nope sand angels might not be the best Idea when they are so close together.. but what a memory. :) Happy WW
I guess I should not comment this time, right? Your children are beautiful. I love that little guy, hehe. Ohhhhhhh, the memories :) Did I ever tell you about my little darlin' cutting the whiskers off our cat? Nevermind...
Oh my goodness! This reminds me of a time in my life when my EX-boyfriend from high school/college got mad and threw sand in my face while we were on the beach. I hope she didn't get too much in her eyes. Very cute shot, though. How long did you keep shooting? : )
A little follow up - my daughter was in position and posing for a picture when my son decided to join in on the fun. I didn't realize she had sand in her eyes until I took it. The sand was real fine and she didn't get any in her eyes thank God!! We had fun though!
I don't know why but lately my posts have been extra long. Thank you to those of you who endure and read it all. For those who are not up for a novel, I totally understand! :)
I am one of those people who is either all in or not at all. I either have tons to say or nothing. Thus the name of my blog. I am celebrating 14 years of marriage with my best friend. I am living my childhood dream of being called 'Mommy' by 3 of my 4 favorite people. We've lived through some deep valleys and yet we find ourselves soaring right now. Life is good!
The Bible calls debt a curse and children a blessing; but in our culture, we apply for a curse and reject blessings. Something is wrong with this picture." ~ Doug Phillips

I miss sunbathing on the sand.
She looks totally uncomfortable, he looks totally comfortable. Isn't that the gender truth? lol
