So here is the dis-colored TV view we've had since our move. It isn't so bad, just purple and green on the top left and bottom left corners. (It's much worse in person.) Basically a non-issue, except when you are watching a program with more than one person on the screen. The person on the left of the screen always looked weird. Not a big deal, but very annoying. A friend had a couple of TV's to get rid of, and blessed us with this one!! No complaints here!! :) Thank you friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For our anniversary, my hubby came home with this little number! I was happy but felt a little hesitant about letting go of my current camera. While it is a beast compared to this one, I have all the attachments and of course my old attachments are obsolete and will NOT fit this camera. Nothing will work. So more than a camera was in need of purchasing! Thank you hubby!! I love that you wanted me to have this. It is way prettier, shinier and has more features. I just can't let go of my old camera! So I must say, 'Bye bye Cyber-shot! I hope you find a great home!'
Here is what my beast looks like! Not bad. It is bulky and it does require a lens cap to protect the lens, instead of the push button retractable kind. But it works fine! I just need a new battery and I am in business!
Back view of the beast! I can make this work until... the same friend who hooked us up with a TV hooks hubby up with a killer deal on the professional type digital camera. That is what I really want!! I will also need a few lessons from our mystery friend!! *Smile* I KNOW you are reading this! :)

Counting My Blessings
Final blessing of today! We were at church today and we were running late so we didn't sit where we normally sit. As we were leaving church, we are walking towards the back and we saw some friends from BR!!!!!!!! WE were so surprised and so excited!! We haven't seen them in months!! Although we have made friends here, there is nothing like people who know you. People who don't require a lot of background to fill in the blanks in a conversation. Those who know your family and know your gifts/talents, they know silly stories about you that a new friend just wouldn't appreciate. We were thrilled to say the least! The greatest thing about this is, if we weren't late, we would never have seen them. They were driving through, or here for a business trip and didn't have time to call us. So it was crazy that we even saw them. Earl and Kristen - if you are reading this, It was truly great to see you both!! Give everyone in BR a big *Hug* from us and we send our love!

Ohhhh~ now we can look forward to lots of pictures.
Hopefully no more frogs in the tub... but if there are you can grad your camera first!
Sounds like you had a great day! I'm so happy for you that you got to see some old friends! I had an online friend to drive here all the way from Salt Lake City today (5 hrs) to see us, it was so much fun, I had never met her before in person! But seeing old friends.. that just beats it!
Yay! How fun to see old friends!
